I was browsing the web when I first encountered these plastic bags. I was really surprised when I saw these creations of Josh Blackwell. Honestly, I wasn’t really able to distinguish them as plastic bags! Well, at first I thought that they were just odd looking bags. It never occurred to me that they were plastic bags. It was really a great thing for Josh Blackwell to transform these plastic bags into an eco chic-thing.
Anyways, Josh Black is truly an artist. He treated these plastic bags as his canvas, a blank slate that can still be embroidered. He just used some colored threads and other decorative materials to make these bags into eye catching works of art.
Though these plastic bags are just part of an art project and are not available anywhere, he managed to give us a nice thought. We can just take out our needles and threads and start working on our plastic bags. Josh Blackwell didn’t just help save our mother Earth. He also reminded us that even plastic bags, what we usually label as useless or trash, can be transformed into a beautiful thing.
I have been trying to plan my halloween cotume for 2012. Many of my friends say that I am far too competitive when it comes to this kind of thing. However it is very important to me that I have the best fancy dress costume. If I go to a fancy dress party then I want everyone to think that I am the best dressed there.
