I have always been a hopeless romantic. I always cry every time I watch a movie about love stories. When I visit bookstores and find a book or a magazine that talks about love, I instantly buy it. So when I heard about Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight, I really went to the bookstore right way and bought all of her books. I got so hooked to the story that I also purchased a Twilight jewelry as a remembrance.
Anybody who has read the books would understand why I was so obsessed with it. Edward Cullen is certainly the man of every girl’s dreams. Of course, we all know that he is a vampire. But the love he has for Bella is irreplaceable. He would do anything for her even though it means risking his life. I would want a man like Edward, too. But, sometimes, they are just so good to be true.
Halloween is almost approaching and it is everyone’s desire to wear costumes that stand out by being unique. However, it is also important that the one you choose should be recognizable by everyone. Star Wars fancy dress is considered one of the amazing and most interesting fancy dress costumes. This is because almost everyone loves the Star Wars movie franchise. The character Darth Vader is so popular that almost all dress up parties and Halloween events has several guests wearing his costume. Other than this character, people love being Princess Leia, the brave and spirited princess who turned out to be one of Darth Vader’s children. The other famous character Luke Skywalker is another favorite. He was a true son of a great Jedi Knight. These three characters alone from Star Wars have so many people wanting to impersonate them during Halloween. Rain is harsh enough already without adding a dull umbrella to mix the agony. These three uplifting rain-beaters laugh in the face of glum weather. The initial Twilight umbrella is studded with a galaxy of tiny white fibre optic lights. Wouldn’t it be nice though when you got a chance to see a number of the twinkling action – not merely the passers by. You do not simply want to see the show by gazing in to a puddle? I must admit that when it comes to the movie saga Twilight I have a love-hate relationship going. At first I hated the film and thought the whole vampire falls in love with human thing was stupid. But my friend is a true Twi-hard and is obsessed with it. She buys a lot of the merchandise that goes along with it as well such as posters, jewellery, the Twilight Scene It game (which is actually quite a good game by the way). But lately I’m growing more and more in love with the films.
I think my problem is with Kristen Stewart. In every interview that I see her in she seems like she’s really pissed off. I mean why would she be? She’s dating (supposedly) Rob Pattinson who is uber sexy (ok so I’m really Team Jacob, but I can see the appeal of Team Edward too).
She’s the star of the biggest movie franchise this decade and tweenies all over the world want to be her. So why would she be so mad with the world?
